PostSubject: WEEK 5 (thru Monday)   Tue Nov 08, 2016 12:17 pm

The SC Cobras are struggling but GM Murphy can ask no more of Tuukka Rask, the 3rd round draft pick recording his second shutout on Monday, his season record more than impressive at 7-1.

SC Cobras:6.4
Polar Bears: 0.0

Tuukka Rask collected all of his team's points on Monday, a 32 save, 6.4 point performance providing the Cobras with a 6.4 point lead. With nothing to show for a quiet Monday, the Polar Bears slipped to 11th place in the overall standings.

Silicon Valley Slashers: 6.4
Between the Pipes: 2.0

Roberto Luongo was near-perfect on Monday, stopping 34 of 35 shots for his Silicon Valley Slashers team. The heavy number lifted the Slashers into 9th place overall, their H2H cushion 4.4 points thick.

Wild Ducks: 0.0
Badger Bob: 0.0

This pivotal Grimson clash features the two division leaders; the Wild Ducks, 3-1, doing battle with Badger Bob, also 3-1. After Monday, both combatants remain at the starting line, the match to be decided over the final six days of the week.

Ice Cats: 3.0
Central Red Army: 0.0

With his team's first win of the season jammed in his back pocket, GM Cutshall is searching for victroy No. 2, the Ice Cats currently leading the favored Central Red Army by 3.0 points.

Misconducts: 1.0
Boulder Flyers: 3.0

Keith Yandle and his two assists have placed the 1-3 Boulder Flyers in front of the 3-1 Misconducts, GM Morgan hoping his broken down team can get their engine started in Week 5.

Bluliners: 1.9
Ice Hogs: 1.5

With six long days remaining in the week, the really-need-a-win Bluliners are leading the a-win-would-be-nice Ice Hogs by 0.4.
