WEEK 4 (thru Thursday) AleAlUX
A 22.6 point Thursday has provided GM Murphy with reason to believe, netminder Corey Crawford leading the Slasher assault with a 7.6 point, 38 save shutout.

Silicon Valley Slashers: 31.1
Wild Ducks: 28.6

The previously quiet Silicon Valley Slashers are suddenly the best second team of the week. In addition to Crawford's hearty contribution, Alexander Ovechkin found his groove, depositing 7.0 points (2g, 1a). The Slashers are now leading this H2H battle and have climbed a notch in the big boy standings, currently seated in 9th place overall.

Badger Bob: 29.4
SC Cobras: 17.4

Defenseman John Klingberg scored his first and second goals of the season, his 9.0 point outing pacing the Badger Bob attack. The Bobs netted 13.0 points in all, their H2H lead now borderline huge as they sit 12 rows in front of the library-quiet SC Cobras.

Ice Cats: 20.1
Boulder Flyers: 20.7

The week started on a high note for the 0-3 Ice Cats but GM Cutshall's kittens have since decided to nap. The Boulder Flyers collected 9.4 points on Thursday. Not a great number but more points than the sleepy Ice Cats uncovered, GM Morgan's 1-2 squad now leading by 0.6.

Ice Hogs: 21.0
Misconducts: 27.9

The Misconducts remain on course to hand the Ice Hogs their first loss of the season, a 11.1 point Thursday providing GM Smalley with a 6.9 point lead. Overall the Misconducts continue to whittle away at the Hogs lead, the 2nd place team now trailing Henry's Hogs by 32.8 points.

Bluliners: 22.2
Central Red Army: 16.1

An 11.0 point outing has separated the Bluliners from the Central Red Army, GM Hamilton's squad now 6.1 points better than GM Buker's troops. Overall, the Bluliners moved up a spot - now lodged in 6th place - while the Central Red Army continue to occupy slot No. 5.

Polar Bears: 37.1
Between the Pipes: 27.2

The Polar Bears enjoyed a solid Thursday, collecting 19.3 points. The defending champ remains in 11th place but continues to make up ground, now trailing the front running Ice Hogs by 75.1. Between the Pipes netted 13.5, their H2H hole now 9.9 points deep.
