WEEK 2 (thru Thursday) TPJi0pr
With nothing to show for his first three games, Matt Duchene got off the schneid on Thursday, the Between the Pipes forward carding two goals and one assist, donating 7.0 points to his once point-needy team.

Between the Pipes: 25.0
SC Cobras: 46.2

Between the Pipes enjoyed a fruitful Thursday, netting 15.0 points. The production was enough to lift GM Miller's team from 10th place to 5th place in the overall standings. The Pipes H2H deficit remains large however, the SC Cobras countering with 10.8, enough to maintain a comfortable 21.2 lead.

Ice Hogs: 47.3
Ice Cats: 27.3

Cam Talbot keeps winning, thus continues to add points to the Ice Hogs kitty. All told, the Hogs collected 10.4 on Thursday, their overall lead now 17.3; their H2H advantage still thick at 20.0 points. The Ice Cats bagged 11.4 on the fourth day of the seven day week, GM Cutshall's team in 6th place overall, 37.7 points back.

Bluliners: 23.3
Misconducts: 27.1

Both the Misconducts and Bluliners launched mostly bricks on Thursday, GM Hamilton's team escaping the day with just 5.0 points: GM Smalley's Misconducts potting just 2.0. As a result the Bluliners sunk in the overall standings (4th to 8th), as did the Misconducts who saw their stock fall from 3 to 9.

Wild Ducks: 31.3
Polar Bears: 20.8

The Wild Ducks now occupy the 3rd spot in the Cup-chase standings, a 15.0 point evening drawing GM Collard's fowl to within 29.5 of first place. Shea Weber was the team's No. 1 star, the puck-blasting rearguard bagging 6.0 points (1g, 1a). The Polar Bears continue to flounder, a dismal 1.0 point showing dropping the defending Cup champion a troubling 61.0 points behind the league leader.

Central Red Army: 26.1
Boulder Flyers: 27.6

This H2H scuffle is slowly achieving "barn burner" status as the Boulder Flyers and Central Red Army continue to exchange jabs. The Flyers were good for 9.3 on Thursday but again couldn't shake the Army, GM Buker's team harvesting 9.1. With four days remaining in the week, the Flyers lead is just 1.5.

Silicon Valley Slashers: 22.3
Badger Bob: 32.9

With youngsters hogging the FHL spotlight it was time for a graybeard to speak-up, Eric Staal netting two goals to pace the Badger Bob attack. All told the Bobs collected 16.9 points, moving from 7th place to 4th place in the overall standings.  The news wasn't as pleasant for GM Murphy, his Silicon Valley Slashers still stuck in 11th place after a disappointing 6.0 point effort.
