PostSubject: WEEK 16 (thru Tuesday)   Wed Feb 10, 2016 12:35 pm

In need of a bump to stay in their H2H match with the Boulder Flyers, Drew Doughty provided his team with a healthy dose of medicine, the Ice Cats workhorse injecting his team with five points (1g, 1a) on Tuesday.

Boulder Flyers: 76.2
Ice Cats: 62.3

The Boulder Flyers have been quietly effective, another double-digit (18.1) performance providing GM Morgan with the third best number of Week 16. All of this to the dismay of GM Cutshall who - despite the effort of Drew Doughty - has seen his Ice Cats team tumble 13.9 points behind the in-form Flyers.

Bluliners: 55.4
Ice Hogs: 90.4

The Fat Lady has been summoned as the now-in-fifth-place Ice Hogs extended their advantage over the suddenly quiet Bluliners, GM Henry’s persistent pigs now leading this one-sided affair by 35.0 large points.

SC Cobras: 53.5
Polar Bears: 86.4

Hibernating on Sunday and Monday, the Polar Bears awoke from their nap on Tuesday, a 12.0 point showing increasing their lead in the overall standings to 38.2. The news wasn’t all bad for the 3rd place SC Cobras as they gained significant ground on the 2nd place Bluliners, GM Murphy’s snakes now trailing GM Hamilton’s squad by just 0.1.

Between the Pipes: 57.9
Silicon Valley Slashers: 41.3

Backed by a Martin Jones shutout, Between the Pipes bagged 10.6 on Tuesday, increasing their lead over the Silicon Valley Slashers to 16.6 with only three days remaining in the extended post-All-Star break week.

Badger Bob: 43.8
Misconducts: 53.4

Badger Bob still has a shot at a H2H victory as a sterling 15.4 outing has drawn GM Chester’s squad to within 9.6 of GM Smalley’s Misconducts. Trailing the top spot by a single game in the H2H standings, the Bobs need a win to keep the heat on the division-leading Polar Bears.

Central Red Army: 49.8
Wild Ducks: 74.4

After a string of fruitless days, the Central Red Army finally uncorked some points, a 14.9 Tuesday bringing GM Buker’s squad closer to their H2H opponent. A win however still appears to be a long shot as the Wild Ducks are still 24.6 points better with only Wednesday, Thursday and Friday left to be played.
