PostSubject: WEEK 12 (thru Monday)   Tue Jan 05, 2016 5:16 pm

The Misconducts tagged the Cobras on Monday, the damage done by a heavy uppercut thrown by Tyson Barrie, the offensive defender recording a career-best 16.0 points (2g, 2a).

SC Cobras: 29.2
Misconducts: 31.2

The Misconducts received all their points from one player, the Barrie-outburst lifting GM Smalley's squad into second place in the overall standings. While the Cobras knees buckled, the team didn't fold, GM Murphy's squad still in the H2H hunt, trailing the Misconducts by 2.0 points.

Wild Ducks: 24.8
Redliners: 14.7

The Wild Ducks continue to lay some hurt on the last place Redliners, GM Collard's team leading by 14.1. The Ducks are also distancing themselves from the basement as the seven-time champ is now 8.8 steps from the door leading to the FHL cellar.

Polar Bears: 10.0
Badger Bob: 13.5

With only 13.5 points through Monday, Badger Bob isn't exactly lighting the world on fire. Fortunately for GM Chester's H2H chances, the first place and heavily armed Polar Bears are firing mostly blanks, GM Elya's favored 9-2 squad, thus far, holding the worst hand of the week.

Between the Pipes: 14.4
Ice Cats: 13.0

Between the Pipes caught and passed the Ice Cats on Monday, a 6.0 effort landing GM Miller's team 1.4 points in front of the sluggish Cats. Overall-wise, the Pipes now trail the first place Bears by 57.0 points; the Cats sit 62.7 points back.

Bluliners: 17.3
Silicon Valley Slashers: 15.6

One the King of the Hill, the Silicon Valley Slashers have slipped to fourth place overall, 33.1 points behind the Bears yet only 0.8 behind the second place Misconducts. The Bluliners meanwhile were the only team to depart Monday empty-handed, GM Hamilton's did-nothing squad just 1.7 points better than the sluggish Slashers.

Boulder Flyers: 16.7
Ice Hogs: 30.9

The Boulder Flyers took a day off from "getting back into this match," netting only one Monday point. The Ice Hogs did the same - recording a single point - GM Henry's team still comfortably in front, leading the fickle Flyers by 14.2.
