Former Hartford Whalers fight song and now used by Connecticut Whale, Rangers' farm team in American Hockey League.

The Hartford Whalers are now the Carolina Hurricanes. But Brass Bonanza LIVES ON!!!

Full respect for tradition but that, err, doesn't sound like anything that should be connected to ice hockey.

Paul, NICE on the goal horn.

But I think there's a sound that may be even better than that for Red Wings' fans. That sound likely not available on YouTube.

That's the sound of an octopus hitting the ice at the Olympia or Joe Louis Arena or whatever the new arena will be called to celebrate a Stanley Cup championship!!!

Clearly a proud hockey tradition in the Motor City that this Penguins' fan respects.
