If the Boulder Flyers are to successfully defend their FHL Cup championship they're going to need more points from their goalies as Tuukka Rask (0-3) and Cam Talbot (0-2) have yet to win this season.Boulder Flyers: 28.3
Ice Hogs: 21.8Tuukka Rask lost again yet the Boulder Flyers still collected 6.0 Monday points, thanks to the performance of Ryan Strome (1g) and Victor Hedman (2a). Ice Hog Jack Eichel potted his second goal of the season as the better-than-Connor-McDavid rookie lead his team out of the basement, the 11th place Ice Hogs now 2.1 better than the last place Redliners.
Badger Bob: 33.0
Between the Pipes: 44.6John Tavares had a Tavares-like game as the 4th player selected in the draft deposited 4.0 points (1g, 2a) for his Badger Bob team. The rest of the Bob's were mostly quiet as GM Chester's squad slipped 14.3 behind the top spot. The Pipes weren't clanking as loud on Monday as GM Miller's team dropped into second place in the overall standings, 2.7 behind the now-in-first-place Polar Bears.
Silicon Valley Slashers: 37.3
Polar Bears: 47.3An 8.7 performance has lifted the always fast starting Polar Bears into familiar territory, first place. Ben Bishop improved to 3-0 with a 27 save win while Tyler Johnson (2a) and Valtteri Filppula (1g) kicked in 4.0. The 5th place Slashers pillaged Monday for 5.2 and now trail the streaking Bears by 10.0.
Bluliners: 30.4
Wild Ducks: 31.1It was not a good day to be a Wild Ducks fan as the team walked away from Monday empty-handed. The Bluliners took full advantage of GM Collard's scoring woes, a 9.0 outing bringing them to within 0.7 of the Ducks in this Original Six rumble. Bluliner Steven Stamkos tweaked the twine for the second time this season while defenseman Dustin Byfuglien netted his first.
Ice Cats: 38.6
Redliners: 19.7The season has entered it's seventh day and the Redliners have yet to reach the twenty point plateau. Another dismal outing dropped GM Megan's team onto last place in the overall standings, 27.6 behind the first place Bears. The Ice Cats have also cooled - uncorking just 4.0 on Monday - yet still sit comfortably in front of their lethargic H2H opponent.
Misconducts: 37.4
SC Cobras: 23.4Tory Krug was brilliant as the diminutive defender collected 6.0 points (3a) to pace the Misconduct attack. Ryan Miller was also good, backstopping a 28 save win. The news was not as good for the 10th place Cobras - blanked on Monday; a team now 14.0 behind their H2H opponent and 23.9 behind the first place Bears.
