WEEK 10 (thru Sunday) Nicklas-backstrom-hat-trick-607x702
Hovering near the basement for much of the year, the Misconducts are relevant once again; a big "thank you" to forward Nicklas Backstrom who recorded a hat trick on Saturday.

Misconducts: 24.8
Polar Bears: 15.6

The Misconducts bolted out of the Week 10 blocks, their 24.8 bounty placing them in 5th place in the overall standings; just 24.5 shy of a 3rd place payday. GM Smalley's outburst also provided his Misconducts team with a healthy H2H lead as they currently sit 9.2 in front of the first place Polar Bears.

Redliners: 11.8
Boulder Flyers: 28.3

Led by the Saturday play of Kris Letang (2 goals) the Boulder Flyers won the weekend, scoring more points on Saturday and Sunday than they did all of last week. As a result the 4th place Flyers have inched to within 1.3 of 2nd place and currently lead the fading Redliners by 16.5.

Timbers: 11.0
Wild Ducks: 11.0

Two days into the week the Timbers, 4-5, and Wild Ducks, 4-5, are neck-and-neck, both teams departing the weekend carrying 11.0. The overall picture finds the Timbers still nestled in the basement, 121.1 back; the Wild Ducks in 3rd place, 42.0 behind the league leading Polar Bears.

Bluliners: 10.7
Ice Cats: 13.3

The Bluliners appear to be heading south for the winter as their still sinking ship has fallen 92.0 behind the first place Polar Bears and 50.0 behind the last money-paying position (3rd place). Like the Bluliners, the Ice Cats also have little to smile about, though they do lead this H2H tryst by 2.6.

Ice Hogs: 9.4
Dream Team: 11.0

The Ice Hogs were the worst of the weekend, uncovering just 9.4. The paltry harvest kept the Hogs in 2nd place but they now trail the division leader by 41.4. The Dream Team didn't fare much better though they were better than the Hogs, their H2H advantage 1.6 with five days remaining in the week.
