WEEK 9 (thru Thursday) SteenMasterton
Undrafted, Alexander Steen has been a nice addition to the Wild Ducks squad, the veteran winger pocketing another 5.0 points (2g, 1a) on Thursday.

Wild Ducks: 48.1
Boulder Flyers: 26.6

With the best score of the week the Wild Ducks have waddled into 2nd place in the overall standings; 39.3 behind the first place Polar Bears. In the H2H chase the Ducks are having absolutely no problem with the limping Boulder Flyers, GM Collard's team one day shy of upping their record to 4-5.

Timbers: 29.5
Bluliners: 29.6

On Wednesday the future appeared brighter for the Bluliners as GM Hamilton's crew had climbed to 5th place in the overall standings. A forgettable Thursday has dropped the Bluliners back into 7th place; the first place Bears now barely visible on the horizon. The situation is also bleak in the H2H race as the Bluliners once comfortable lead over the Timbers has shrunk to 0.1.

Polar Bears: 41.7
Redliners: 23.7

The front-running Polar Bears will soon take over sole possession of 2nd place in the H2H standings as they continue to manhandle the Redliners. The victory would provide the Bears with a match record of 7-2; one game shy of the H2H leading Ice Hogs. It's all peaches and cream in the race for the elusive FHL Cup; GM Elya's down-filled cushion still comfortably thick.

Ice Hogs: 36.7
Ice Cats: 25.9

The Ice Hogs were passed by the Wild Ducks on Thursday and now occupy the 3rd slot in the overall standings; trailing the Bears by 42.8. With a 10.8 lead over the Ice Cats heading into the final day of the week, the Hogs are a good bet to win yet another H2H contest; a victory that would lift their record to a league-best 8-1.

Misconducts: 35.2
Dream Team: 38.8

The Dream Team are playing well once again, a 15.3 Thursday placing GM Austin's team in 6th place in the Cup-chase standings. The H2H standings are also providing good news as the Dreamers have caught and passed the 8th place Misconducts, GM Austin's lead now 3.6 with only Friday remaining on the Week 9 docket.
