In 9th place on Wednesday and with no help in sight, the Bluliners exploded for 24.4, placing GM Hamilton's previously lifeless team back in the chase for the FHL Cup.Bluliners: 36.3
Wild Ducks: 51.9With the help of James Neal (3g) and Nicklas Kronwall (2g,1a) the Bluliners moved from 9th place to 5th place and currently sit just 14.8 rows behind the league leading Polar Bears. Their heroics however will likely fall short of what would have been their second win of the season, the Wild Ducks lead still hefty at 15.6.
Polar Bears: 51.3
Dream Team: 46.1The first place Polar Bears dug up 7.0 on Thursday but lost ground to the third place Dream Team. If the Bears are to improve to 2-0 on the season they'll have to carefully nurse their 5.2 advantage on the final day of Week 2.
Redliners: 47.4
Misconducts: 36.5There is no joy in Misconductville as GM Smalley's team are on the verge of a 0-2 start, trailing the Redliners by 10.9. The overall picture isn't much brighter for the veteran franchise as they currently reside just one floor up from the musty FHL cellar.
Timbers: 12.4
Ice Cats: 36.5The Timbers were screaming "No Más!" after the weekend (or should have been anyway) as this Week 2 contest has been ruled a "no contest," GM Cutshall's lead 24.1 with only Friday left to be played. The victory would give the Cats their first win of the season. The Timbers are staring at a 1-1 start.
Ice Hogs: 36.2
Boulder Flyers: 34.8After trailing the entire week, the second place Ice Hogs have finally reeled-in in the listless Boulder Flyers. While GM Henry is happy to be in front, the comeback has been ruled "no great feat" as Morgan's Flyers are currently parked on the side of the road, smoke billowing from their engine, three tires flat and the windshield cracked.
