PostSubject: WEEK 1 (thru Wednesday)   Thu Oct 09, 2014 5:26 pm

Ice Cat Antti Niemi was all business on opening day, leading his team with a 34 save shutout (6.8 points).

Ice Cats: 8.4
Bluliners: 1.0

The Bluliners defense of their FHL championship is off to a slow start as their opponent bolted out of the 2014-15 gate; the Ice Cats leading GM Hamilton's partied-all-summer squad by 7.4.

Boulder Flyers: 0.0
Redliners: 6.3

After the first night of action the Boulder Flyers are the only team still searching for a point. The Redliners meanwhile are smiling brightly, their advantage over Morgan's quiet Flyers a stiff 6.3.

Timbers: 3.0
Wild Ducks: 1.0

If the head of the Timbers is to win 'GM of the Year' honors he'll have to perform better than Week 1; an injured Pavel Datsyuk left in the lineup. The smirking Wild Ducks don't mind yet still trail GM Sarzynski's limping squad by 2.0.

Misconducts: 6.9
Polar Bears: 4.0

After a hugely disappointing 2013-14 campaign GM Smalley hopes to right the ship. Far too early to tell but Wednesday was good; the Misconducts leading GM Elya's Polar Bears by 2.9

Ice Hogs: 4.0
Dream Team: 2.4

The Ice Hogs netted 4.0 on Wednesday and currently enjoy a 1.6 advantage over GM Austin's Dream Team.
