Ryan Miller and Kari Lehtonen both pitched shutouts on Tuesday as the Polar Bears put a huge dent in the Bluliners lead.

D-Day has arrived (or better put, PB-Day) as the Polar Bears - with the 2013-14 FHL clock ticking loudly - has initiated their final assault on the Bluliners. With 12 days remaining in the season the battle-ready Bears suddenly have GM Hamilton’s wounded first place team in their sight, trailing now by just 18.6.

Bluliners: 26.5
The Bluliners have barricaded their doors with whatever they have at their disposal - including second-tier goaltending - trying to ward off the Cup-hungry Polar Bears. If GM Hamilton is going to win his 4th FHL Cup his team will have to fight better than they did on Tuesday; the Bluliners collecting 18.3 fewer points than the second place Bears.

Ice Hogs: 27.8
The Ice Cats need to do more if they’re going to finish in the money, a paltry 2.0 Tuesday dropping them 59.9 behind the Boulder Flyers. There is still hope however as the Boulder Flyers are currently drowning in the deep end, the once point-fat team now begging for points.
