The Ice Cats won the weekend, gaining valuable ground on the three teams holding money-spots in the FHL standings. The 4th place Cats now trail the 3rd place ($100) Polar Bears by 66.9; a significant number but not an insurmountable amount with Sidney Crosby standing in their corner.

Boulder Flyers: 16.5
Dream Team: 23.3
Misconducts: 10.3
Trying to protect their thin lead in the H2H2H standings, the Boulder Flyers are pitted against the hottest team in the league. The Dream Team remained hot on the weekend, ripping 23.3. The rudderless Misconducts continue to drift, their league-low 10.3 effort placing GM Smalley on the brink of 6th place in the overall standings.

Wild Ducks: 21.0
On the strength of Evgeni Malkin's 8.0 Saturday (2g, 2a) the Wild Ducks have forged a lead in the chase for another $3.00 victory. The win-starved Redliners remain close, trailing the Ducks by a singe point. The Polar Bears, their eyes affixed on the FHL Cup (and $350), have yet to rev their Week 22 engine.
